# Terms of Service

## 1. Introduction

This Terms of Service ("TOS") agreement governs your use of the Hydrify Discord bot ("the Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to these terms. The Bot provides 18+ age verification services for Discord servers using Stripe Identity.

## 2. Data Collection and Usage

The Bot collects and stores the following information:

* **Discord User ID:** To identify and manage your verification status.
* **Discord Guild (Server) ID:** To manage server-specific settings and verification roles.
* **Verification Status:** To confirm whether you have successfully completed the age verification process.

This data is used solely for the purpose of providing the verification service and is not shared with any third parties, except as required by law.

## 3. Stripe Identity

The age verification process is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By using the verification feature, you are subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

**Stripe Identity and Personal Data Handling**\
The age verification process is provided by Stripe, Inc. using Stripe Identity. During verification Stripe may collect and display your full name, date of birth, gender/sex, address, and identity document images. Authorized Hydra Labs personnel may view this information within the Stripe Dashboard solely to support verification administration, compliance, support, and fraud detection. Hydrify does not export or store these documents outside of Stripe. You remain subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Stripe handles the collection and processing of any personal data submitted during the verification flow. The Bot only stores verification status and identifiers as described above.

## 4. User Responsibilities

* You must be 18 years of age or older to use the verification feature.
* You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the verification process.
* You are responsible for the security of your Discord account.

## 5. Server Owner Responsibilities

* Server owners are responsible for purchasing verification credits to use the Bot's services on their server.
* Server owners are responsible for configuring the Bot correctly, including setting up the verified role.

## 6. Disclaimer

## 7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms in this file. Your continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
