## Overview

HydraMail is a Discord bot developed and operated by **Hydra Labs LLC**, a registered company based in the United States.\
By using HydraMail or any related Hydra Labs services, you agree to our [Terms of Service](/hydramail/terms-of-service.md) and [Privacy Policy](/hydramail/privacy-policy.md).

## 1. Ownership

HydraMail is a proprietary service owned by **Hydra Labs LLC**.\
All code, branding, and intellectual property associated with HydraMail and Hydra Labs are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

## 2. Terms of Service

Your use of HydraMail constitutes acceptance of our [Terms of Service](/hydramail/terms-of-service.md), which govern:

* Proper and lawful use of the Bot
* Conditions under which data is collected and processed

HydraMail may revoke or suspend access to its services at any time for misuse or violation of Discord or Hydra Labs policies.
