By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ### 1. Eligibility * You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. * You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. * If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or server ("Guild"), you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. ### 2. Description of the Service * The Service provides a game-like economy: simulated businesses, virtual currency and items, a synthetic stock market, leaderboards, and optional casino-style mini‑games; plus a website with charts, watchlists, and analytics. * The economy and markets are simulated. Prices, returns, odds, and events are fictional and for entertainment only. * The Service may include premium features available for a fee. ### 3. Accounts and Access * You may interact via Discord (slash commands, context actions) and/or via the web dashboard (which may require Discord login). * Keep your Discord credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account. * Server administrators can configure and restrict the bot within their Guilds. ### 4. Virtual Currency and Items * In‑game currency, stocks, items, and balances have no real‑world monetary value, are non‑transferable outside the Service, and are not redeemable for cash or equivalents. * We may adjust, add, or remove virtual items, drop rates, odds, and rewards to maintain balance and fairness. ### 5. Payments, Premium, and Refunds * We may offer optional premium features or subscriptions. By purchasing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method. * Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non‑refundable. If a refund is required by law, we will comply with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction. * We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice; ongoing subscriptions will renew at then‑current prices unless canceled. ### 6. Simulated Markets, Games, and Disclaimers * No financial advice. Information and visuals are educational/entertainment only and should not be relied upon for real‑world investment decisions. * Casino‑style mini‑games are simulated. There is no real money gambling, and no cash‑out. * Odds, payouts, market behavior, and events may change over time for balance, anti‑abuse, or technical reasons. ### 7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: * Violate Discord's Terms or Community Guidelines, or applicable law. * Harass, spam, scam, impersonate, or attempt to defraud others. * Exploit bugs, automation, or unfair advantages; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service. * Use real‑money trading (RMT) or advertise external gambling/financial schemes. * Upload or generate unlawful, hateful, sexual, or otherwise harmful content. We may rate‑limit, suspend, roll back in‑game progress, or terminate access for violations. ### 8. Moderation and Enforcement * We may limit features (e.g., max bets, cooldowns) per user or Guild to maintain fair play. * We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or reset balances/items in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, or security concerns. ### 9. Data, Privacy, and Security * We process limited data to operate the Service (e.g., Discord IDs, usernames, game state, transactions, guild configuration). Some features (alerts, web login) may require additional data. * See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, why, and your choices. If you believe a security issue exists, contact us immediately. ### 10. Third‑Party Services * The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Discord, hosting, analytics, payment processors). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of their services. ### 11. Intellectual Property * We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content, excluding your user content. * You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, display, and modify content you submit solely to operate and improve the Service. ### 12. Feedback * If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. ### 13. Disclaimers * THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. * We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that simulated outcomes will meet your expectations. ### 14. Limitation of Liability * TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. * Our aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the past three (3) months, or (b) USD $50. ### 15. Indemnification * You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. ### 16. Termination * You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including where required by law, platform policies, or to protect the Service. * Upon termination, licenses granted to you terminate, and you lose access to virtual currency/items and premium features. No refunds will be issued unless required by law. ### 17. Changes to the Service and Terms * We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service. We may update these Terms; changes will be effective when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. ### 18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution * These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. * Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law provides you with mandatory consumer protections in your resident country. ### 19.
