## Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hydra Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Discord bot, website, and related services (the "Service").

### 1. Who we are

### 2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate and improve the Service:

* Discord identifiers: user ID, username, avatar hash, guild/server IDs, channel IDs (for routing), and interaction payload metadata.
* Game/economy data: balances, businesses, jobs, orders, holdings, trades, bonds, cooldowns, leaderboard stats, and configuration.
* Web data: IP address, user agent, timestamps, URLs/routes accessed, cookies/localStorage (e.g., preferences like theme/watchlist), and minimal analytics events.
* Support data: messages you send to support channels or email.

We do not read or store arbitrary message content; we primarily process slash commands and interaction payloads.

### 3. How we use information

* Operate core features (economy, stocks simulation, casino mini‑games, leaderboards) and the web dashboard.
* Security and integrity (rate‑limits, abuse/fraud detection, cooldowns, audits).
* Improve performance, UX, and reliability (aggregated analytics and diagnostics).
* Optional notifications/alerts you enable.

We do not sell personal information.

### 4. Legal bases (where applicable)

* Contract: to provide the Service you requested (e.g., executing commands, maintaining your game state).
* Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
* Consent: where required for certain cookies/analytics or optional alerts.
* Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

### 5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies/localStorage for authentication state (if you sign in to the web), theme, layout, and watchlist preferences. We may use optional analytics cookies with consent where required.

### 6. Sharing and processors

### 8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, least privilege, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

### 9. Children’s privacy

The Service is for users 13+ (or the age of digital consent in your country). If we learn someone under the applicable age is using the Service, we will delete related data.

The Service includes automated game and simulation mechanics. These have no legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service or law. We will post the new effective date at the top. Material changes will be reasonably highlighted.
